Envisioned by Mesa Mesken, one of Turkey’s leading construction and real estate firms, Kent Etiler is one of İstanbul’s most significant urban transformation projects, designed to become the new living and social hub of the Etiler neighborhood.
This large-scale mixed-use development— bringing together residences, offices, and retail spaces—redefines urban living in İstanbul with its vibrant cafés, restaurants, stores, and dynamic social clubs, making its residents feel part of a thriving community in the very heart of the city.
We are happy to have contributed to this landmark project by developing the corporate brand naming and identity and by providing overall concept consultancy to ensure seamless integration of its residential, commercial, and social components.
Our role also included defining strategies for corporate areas, retail spaces, and community hubs, creating a holistic communication framework, and producing brand assets such as catalogs, outdoor campaigns, and signage design that shaped Kent Etiler’s identity. On the digital side, we extended the project’s presence through website design, marketing videos, and online campaigns, reinforcing its positioning as one of İstanbul’s most ambitious and forward-looking real estate developments.
